According to our head baker, Rick, Anadama is our healthiest bread. This bread contains whole grain wheat flour, water, molasses, corn meal, yeast and salt but no sugar or shortening.
Blackstrap molasses contains vital vitamins and minerals, such as iron, calcium, magnesium, high levels of Vitamin B6 and selenium.


Italian bread is our next healthiest bread. This is our most popular bread and has only four ingredients: flour, water, salt and yeast and as you can see does not contain sugar or shortening.
This bread makes an excellent toast and a great garlic bread.

Artisan French

Artisan French bread is only baked on Fridays. This bread contains the same ingredients as our Italian bread plus it sits on a bed of corn meal.
This old world classic is extremely popular and sells out each week.
